3 - 2 - 1: Curiosity Killed The Cat

3 TOOLS

Happy Sunday! I’m buzzing as I write this week’s newsletter. Yesterday, I got to DJ at my gym’s, Squatch Frontier Fitness', monthly community workout.

Music has played a huge role in my life since the age of 10. I did not grow up with any formal musical education and just had a knack for having music fill up space. I gravitated towards making as many playlists as possible to fit unique situations in my life: “Misty Drives through the hills”, “Sunday Cleaning with Sun Shining Through Windows”, "That Last Set Give Me Some Out of Body Energy"

I'm excited to see the journey that will unfold from me chasing my musical curiosity.

I hope this newsletter has equipped you with new tools that you are able to put to use in turning your dreams to reality.

If you have liked this newsletter and believe others will benefit from it, forward it to the other dreamers and builders.

This week’s three dream builders are:

  1. Beatoven.AI: Ever have a video you want to share and don't feel like a song quite fits the mood, you can create one now. The perfect solution for composing custom songs for unique moods for story telling.

  2. ElevenLabs: Most realistic voice AI speech software. You can now come up with a system to create content using chatGPT and paste the text in ElevenLabs and sound like you. A powerful way to ramp up your digital presence.

  3. MagicSlides.App: This coming week I will be presenting to MSW, a health company that I am partnered in for the content strategy for the next quarter. I have always struggled with making presentations and this removes the tedious part of the design and allow me to focus on the main part: the idea.

2 VIDEOS

A challenge to the perspective that ideas are worth nothing and execution is worth a lot more. In a time where AI has seemingly made headway into a lot of creative work, is it the age of the idea man to stand out?

A podcast interview hosted by David Perell where Ali delves into building his personal systems to come up with ideas. There is a science to allowing more ideas jump into your mind and a lot of it stems from writing.

1 IDEA

What if AI is just a trend? What separates it from the social media trend that started with infinite platforms a decade ago? What about every company adding a token to stay with the current?

There is a separation between value investing and momentum investing. I think AI falls on the former as there seems to be a substantial impact in the work force across the board in any industry, while the latter two options we had various factions of people arguing over whether it brings about change.

Dan Shipper talks about giving permission to be excited about AI, and I'm on board. No second thoughts and full commitment to the path ahead.
