Memories Restored

3 TOOLS

This Valentine's Day, I don't have a romantic partner to express my love with and will be celebrating my showering my love on my family. I found this free tool to express my gratitude of the memories that we have gone through.

RestorePhotos.io takes old and blurry photos and does a great job of restoring them. I'm looking forward to recreating memories and going down a new path of stories that were left dusted.

Here is an example of a photo of my sister that has been restored from 2014 when we visited San Francisco.

In my last newsletter, I shared how we have entered the pinnacle of technological revolutions ever started with AI tools. It has brought the cost of creation down to close to 0. The time has come for idea men to shine. This week in ideas brought to instant reality is Durable. You're able to create an entire website by responding to a simple prompt. I created this website simply by entering: Podcast Agency.

Last week, I shared how I'm able to utilize Midjourney to bring my thoughts to visualizations. Building on top of that, this resource now allows you to seamlessly combine with others thoughts and prompts to create something unique for yourself. PromptBase is a marketplace where you're able to find various prompts people have used to generate art on Midjourney and purchase and use for your creations.

3 IDEAS

In a world full of being over-indulgent with dopamine, this idea resonated with me as it gives way towards creation. If the addiction is going to have averse effects on you, how could you take measured steps to counter-act. For me, I have spent countless hours scrolling on the internet and these are the initial steps towards intentional creation to counter the dopamine hits of scrolling that I hope to monetize eventually.

Luck Surface Area

"The amount of serendipity that will occur in your life, your Luck Surface Area, is directly proportional to the degree to which you do something you're passionate about combined with the total number of people to whom this is effectively communicated." - Jason Roberts

The mistakes I have made in my 20s have been trying to put everything into a calendar and give each event an equal energy value of 1. This was an eye opening tweet as it has shifted my perspective to realize that my day needs to be broken into "Energy Creating" work and "Energy Draining" work. They both need to be prioritized accordingly to push the needle forward.

Tim Ferris was the first person who exposed me to the idea of creating a tool belt and a systems approach to recreate yourself in any way. Meditation has been a hard thing to implement for me through the years and this reminded me that I don't have to do it alone by myself.

I have struggled to sit through plays because of the lack of visual flair added to the story telling piece. The dialogue by itself didn't feel like it moved the needle for me to feel drawn to the story. This seems to be a rewrite for how the future looks with implementing VR into theatre.

Write down a list of the desires you have in life across the board. Assess the priority for why they exist and see if there is room to shed some and let only the few grow.
